All Grandado Essentials orders are shipped with free express delivery. This will take 10-15 days in most cases. Free express delivery with tracking (€0.00).

You will receive your order within 10-15 business days (sometimes up to 30 business days), and it can be easily tracked via Track & Trace. Unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery.

The reason that the delivery times are slightly longer than you are used to from other websites is because our warehouse is in Asia. Your order will be shipped directly from our warehouse. And that also explains our competitive prices!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have your order sent directly to a pick-up point. If this is not stated in advance at the pick-up location, there is a chance that they will refuse your package and your package will be returned to sender. It is therefore only possible to provide your home address when placing the order. Are you unexpectedly not at home? No problem. The delivery person will deliver the package to the neighbors or to a pick-up point and will always let you know by means of a note.

Unfortunately this is no longer possible. Once you have completed your order, it will be processed and labeled immediately. You can keep an eye on the tracking site to see where your package is.

For orders up to an order value of 150 euros, you do not pay VAT or import duties on receipt. Is the order value higher than 150 euros? Then the consumer is obliged to pay the VAT and any import duties upon receipt.

Your order will be delivered by DHL, PostNL, UPS or your local post operator.

To request a Payment Receipt you can click on the chat. Our Chatbot will immediately help you request a Payment Receipt. This will be sent to the email address that is known to us.

To request a B2B order you can send an email to b2b@mediapress.com.hk. The B2B department will respond to your request within 1-2 working days. With us it is only a B2B request when the order value is above 500 euros.

Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your order. We have a fully automated order process. This means that your orders are processed very quickly. You can return your order as soon as it arrives with a 100-day cooling-off period.

Because our warehouse is located in China, it is unfortunately not possible to pick up your order. You can only have your package delivered to your home.

With Grandado you have a reflection period of 100 days. Within this period you can decide whether you want to keep the product or not. Please fill in the return form and our staff from the returns department will contact you within a maximum of 2 working days to offer you a suitable solution.

Once your order has been received by our Returns Department, it takes an average of 5 days for the request to be complete. The purchase amount will then be refunded or you will receive the product of your choice.

Grandado bears the costs for the return of the goods. However, Grandado is not obligated to reimburse any additional costs if the consumer has expressly chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest standard shipping method offered by the retailer. Do not forget to fill in the return form so that the returns department can expect your package back.

Unfortunately we are forced to exclude products that are used for health protection from returns. This is to ensure hygiene reasons and risks for our staff and customers.

You can register your return with us using our return form. Within a maximum of 2 working days you can expect a response.

Unfortunately there are some legally defined product groups that cannot be returned. These include products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life; Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons; Products that are irrevocably mixed with other products due to their nature after delivery; Sealed audio, video recordings and computer software where the seal has been broken after delivery; The packaging of consumables, hygiene products and erotic articles may not have been opened (batteries, dietary supplements, mouthpieces etc.)
